We are leaders and people professionals who have lived the ups and downs of leadership, and watched good coaching go unmeasured. We built 360now so a coach can run a professional 360° without an HR department behind them. Based in Australia, we work with coaches directly: your account is set up together on a call, and we are a reply away after that.
